Grace Period Policy?
Yes, we offer a 4-hour grace period on your scheduled exit day. If your actual exit time is on the same day, and within 4 hours of your scheduled pickup, no extra charge applies.
However, if you exit on a different calendar day, additional charges will apply.

Example:
• Check-in: Monday at 8 PM
• Scheduled pickup: Thursday at 8 PM → Charged for 3 days
• Actual pickup due to flight delay etc.: Thursday at 11:30 PM → Still Thursday, and within the 4-hour grace period, so no extra charge.

But if
• Actual pickup: Friday at 12 AM → A 4th day is charged because it’s a new calendar day.
Please note: Final charges are based on the actual time your vehicle is parked, not just your reservation.
