When should I arrive at the lot before my flight?
We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before your flight departure to account for TSA guidelines, check-in, shuttle transfer (5–7 minutes), and possible traffic.
Parking Place LGA is not liable for missed flights — please plan accordingly.
How do I check in?
Upon arrival at 9081 23rd Ave, East Elmhurst, NY 11369 , a staff member will assist you with check-in. You’ll be asked for your name, reservation, return time, and airline. You will receive:
A physical parking ticket
A digital ticket via text message
A shuttle request link for your return
Afterward, our shuttle will transport you to your terminal — please inform the driver of your airline and terminal.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash: Pay the exact amount as quoted in your reservation.
Credit/Debit Cards: Subject to a 14% combined service and airport tax fee.

How many passengers does the shuttle accommodate?
Our air-conditioned shuttle holds up to 12 passengers with standard luggage, ensuring a comfortable ride.
How do I retrieve my vehicle?
Once you land and collect your luggage, click the shuttle request link in the SMS you received. Please include your terminal number.
Alternatively, call the phone number listed on your parking ticket.
Upon return to the lot, present your ticket to the cashier — we’ll bring your car to the Ready Zone for a quick departure.
